ORDER PROCESS

READY, SET, ORDER!

We've tried to make ordering your custom team uniforms as simple as possible.
Our custom sales team and art department are ready to assist you.

Please contact our sales department with any questions or call us during east coast business hours at 800-536-0160 or 845-562-2500:
  1. Send in your Reservation Form with a guess of what your order will be along with your $100 reservation fee. This will reserve your order a place in our production schedule. You will soon receive a confirmation that will include the dates by which we will need your art design, completed order form, 50% deposit and approved artwork. You will need to follow your deadlines so we can follow ours.

  2. Sizing and fabric samples may be sent upon your request -use our Sample Request Form to order everything you would like to try-we charge only for shipping.. The fit of cycling clothing is very specific and custom cycling clothing is not returnable. The only way to be sure of your current Verge size is to try current Verge clothing, though our extensive sizing chart should help guide you in choosing.

  3. Complete the Order Form and send in your art work and 50% deposit. An order confirmation will be sent for your approval. We cannot proceed with your order until it is signed and returned to our office. We normally print all items that cover the body part the same way, so we need to know every item and size to get your design to work best.

  4. Our Art Department will work with your design and send you a proof for either approval or changes too. You'll work with your artist until you are satisfied with the results. We will need your final approval of artwork before we proceed with the production of your order.

  5. Relax once your order is sent to our factory.

  6. Arrange for the final payment and shipment of your order and distribute your new clothing!
