European textile manufacturing — particularly in Italy — holds a standard the rest of the world still measures itself against. Mills like Carvico and Sitip have been developing performance fabrics for decades. They understand compression, moisture management, and aerodynamics not as buzzwords, but as engineering problems they've been solving since before most cycling brands existed.

When we specify fabric, we specify it by name, by weight, and by performance characteristic. Nothing is left to chance.

The fabrics arrive at our own production facility in Cavite, the Philippines, where our team cuts, bonds, and finishes each piece. We control the full process — from the mill to the machine to the rider. That's how quality stays consistent, and how we catch problems before they reach you.
